Default Flash Forward

I caught the encore presentation of Flash Forward (the one where everyone in the wold blacks out for two minutes) and it was pretty good. Two problems though. One..it's regular time slot pits the show against another of my favorites and we do not have tivo or a dvr. And two..I really hate to get locked into another serial drama where if you miss one episode your lost forever.

Default Dish

That's why I love the Dish, I record everything, then face forward through the commercials. I don't watch anything live now, I just watch whenever I feel like it.

If you feel like adding one more monthly bill, this one is worth it.

I am trying to decide whether to get a Time Warner Package of cable, phone, and internet but I do not know if that is the right choice. It's some special for $99.99 for 12 months. Any suggestions?

I prefer Direct TV myself, right now I believe their promotion is 59.99 which I recently purchased for the football games of course .
If you really need a phone at home I think ATT is one of the best DSL's out there. They also offer DSL without phone plans which is pretty cool also. All depends on your area and if you want one bill for these services.

Default Direct TV

I too prefer Direct TV, so that I can record my shows. I have a group and watch at whatever time is convenient and can fast forward through the commercials.

Default Nbc

I still can't get used to the fact that there are no new shows on NBC at ten o'clock. Does anyone know how Leno is doing in this earlier time slot? I have avoided watching his show because NBC has basically taken five shows out of the line up that would have employed a lot of the Hollywood people. Hollywood is hurting as it is. If each major network did this the union boys would be hard pressed to find replacement jobs.

Default Flash Forward - what happened to it?

There are a few fans of Flash Forward here, does anyone know what happened to the show?

Default No Clue

I have no idea. But that is why I am very hesitant to start watching these serial dramas. If they turn out not to be wildly popular the show just disappears and you are left hanging. On the same note: I wonder how many of you are still following LOST. I was a regular until it was switched to ten o'clock then just couldn't keep up. Maybe I will rent it on dvd and pick up where I left off.

Default The Deep End

I have been watching The Deep End, which is about first year lawyers who are working for a top firm in LA. Since it's on ABC I think they tried to be a lot like Grey's Anatomy Season 1 when everyone was hooking up with everyone. I will keep watching it for now until the rest of my shows come back in March.
